Description
These sachets ensure intact intestinal flora, which is very practical when travelling. Seven naturally occurring bacterial cultures capable of multiplying contribute to a pleasant gut feeling and reduce pathogens in the intestines. Perfect for a carefree and enjoyable trip!
Recommended use:
- It is best to take 1 sachet daily in the morning before breakfast for a few days before the trip.
- To do this, stir the powder into water, milk, tea or yoghurt.
- Wait at least 1 minute for the mixture to activate, stir again and then drink or eat.
- Continue this procedure throughout the journey.
Tip: If you are fructose intolerant, extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes.
