Description
When you exercise, you're losing important electrolytes in addition to water as you sweat. The isotonic sports drink ISO Active by Powerbar contains a balanced mix of the electrolytes sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium. The special 2:1 carbohydrate ratio of glucose and fructose sources supports you ideally during prolonged periods of exercise. The set also includes a free practical water bottle.
Directions for use:
- Drink approx. 150-200 ml of the electrolyte mixture every 15 minutes during exercise.
- Dissolve 33 g powder (approx. 1½ measuring spoon) in 500 ml water.
