Description
The Nitro BCAA powder by ESN consists of the three amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a ratio of 2:1:1. The powder dissolves quickly and completely thanks to this handy ratio. Additionally, the raw materials are derived from plant-based ingredients. Thanks to its fruity taste, the powder also tastes great cold.
Recommended use:
- Conusme one serving a day, before, during or after a workout. The drink also makes a great snack between meals.
- On non-training days, drink one serving after getting up in the morning.
Preparation:
- Flavoured Nitro BCAA : Mix 13g powder (1 serving) in approx. 500ml water and drink. Use one scoop or one tablespoon.
- Shake in a shaker for the best results.
