Description
This keto baking mix makes a tasty low-carb flaxseed bread suitable for a keto diet. It is rich in fibre and protein and is enriched with essential B vitamins. The perfect addition to your pantry for a keto diet.
Preparation:
- Take the contents of the baking mix in a large bowl or a Thermomix mixing bowl. Add 275 ml water (water line in the can), 7 tablespoons of olive oil and 170g of grated cheese. Mix together by hand, with a food processor or with the Thermomix (level 5, 60 seconds) until it forms a homogeneous dough.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Transfer the dough (note: the dough is very sticky) to a greased loaf pan or lined with baking paper.
- Using the back of a tablespoon moistened with water to smooth the surface of the dough. Sprinkle grated cheese and seeds on top as desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (convection) for about 40 minutes.
- Turn the finished bread out of the loaf pan, allow it to cool on a wire rack and serve.
