Description
Triphala is an Ayurvedic term and means "three fruits". This herbal blend contains extracts of Amla (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) plants, each of which represents a dosha.
- One capsule contains 500 mg triphala extract, of which 200 mg (40%) are tannins.
Recommended use:
- Swallow 1 capsule whole daily with plenty of water. Take with a meal.
Important note:
- If you have acute diarrhoea or are taking blood-thinning medication, consult a doctor before taking Triphala.
