Description

The B-Complex Forte Direct Spray contains all eight essential, water-soluble B vitamins that the body cannot produce itself:

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
Vitamin B3 (niacin)
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)

The recommended daily dose covers part of your daily requirement for vitamins B2 and B3, as well as the full daily requirement for the remaining vitamins.

The spray is alcohol-free and has a pleasant orange flavour.

Recommended use:

Spray one spray directly into the mouth 4 times a day. Take with or after a meal. Shake well before each spray!
