Description
These purely vegetable-based capsules contain extracts from the roots of Ashwagandha (Whitania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng. Thanks to the particularly gentle method of extraction, the hydro- and lipophilic components of the plant are retained. Ideal before going to bed.
Recommended use:
- Consume 1 capsule unchewed once a day with plenty of water
