The elemental magnesium drops from Zechsal are super easy to dose and can be taken daily. You can also mix the drops into coffee, yoghurt or other food and consume them that way. This can be very effective for children and adults who find it difficult to take tablets, powders etc.
Suggested use:
Take 10 drops 3 to 5 times daily. Every 10 drops correspond to 52 mg of elemental magnesium.
