Recommended use:
- Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 7-9 minutes (or longer for a stronger taste). Add sweeteners and milk (or milk substitute) to taste. For the best possible development of the turmeric, prepare as you would a "Golden Milk": Simply boil the tea bag in milk (100 ° C), then let it steep for at least 5 minutes and enjoy!
