They contain a variety of vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin E, vitamin B12, biotin, folic acid, zinc, magnesium and more. The gummies are hormone-free and therefore have no effect on body hair.
Recommended intake:
- Take 2 gummies per day.
- Ideally, you should start taking them 4 weeks before pregnancy and continue taking them until 10 weeks after pregnancy.
