Organic Brahmi Powder
- Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is known by many names but grows just 15 centimetres tall.
- It originally comes from India, Nepal and Vietnam.
- The leaves have a rich dark green colour and are fleshy and round in shape.
Processing:
- Small bunches are harvested, then dried and ground at low temperatures.
Tips:
- The powder is ideal for preparing green smoothies and tea.
- It can be stirred into any powder or food.
Preparation for tea:
- Pour boiling water over 1 level teaspoon per cup and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
