Description
The Salt Caps from Sponser are perfect as a supplement to normal electrolyte drinks and are practical for on the go. The capsules were designed for longer endurance units or multi-day tours on hot days. In addition, 30% zinc was added to the vegan electrolyte mixture.
Application:
- Take 1 serving per hour during prolonged physical activity in the heat with enough liquid (0.4-0.8 litres / h).
- The sodium content of other beverages and foods consumed at the same time should be taken into account.
