Description
Premium Plant Protein with a delicious vanilla flavour by Sponser® Sport Food is a plant-based protein powder for making protein shakes. The powder is enriched with essential amino acids, minerals, vitamin D3, creatine and the unique PeptiStrongTM protein fraction. 100% vegan and free from gluten and lactose.
When to take:
Before and/or after sports/workouts or as a supplement for your daily protein requirement.
Preparation:
Mix 2 1/2 scoops (35 g) with 350 ml water in a shaker.
Note:
The manufacturer recommends an additional daily intake of 3 g creatine monohydrate. Premium Plant Protein meets only the basic creatine requirement which is usually sourced from animal food.
