Description
The isotonic sports drink from Sponser not only scores in terms of taste but also convinces with its wide range of carbohydrates and easy digestibility. The hypertonic and water-soluble powder is acid-free and mildly flavoured. In addition, it contains the five main electrolytes: sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride and is also vegan.
Application:
- Suitable for before, during and after exercise.
- Drink approx. 0.5 - 1 litre per hour, depending on how thirsty you are and how much you lose sweat.
Preparation:
Fill a drinking bottle (750ml) with cold water, add 3 measuring spoons (60g) of powder, shake and enjoy.
