The casein, which is gently produced by means of cross-flow microfiltration, is perfect as a protein supply during the night or during periods of rest and is therefore often referred to as “night protein”. Due to the special composition of different types of protein and the naturally contained calcium, potassium and phosphorus, the powder has such an extraordinary formulation.

Application:
Ideally suited for a long-lasting protein supply ("night protein").

Preparation:

• 2½ measuring spoons (approx. 20g) + approx. 300ml milk.
• When preparing with water, increase the amount of powder to approx. 30g.
