Description
The instant BCAA powder is perfect for adding to sports drinks to provide your body with the amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine, which have been combined in an optimal 3: 1: 1 ratio. The powder is equally suitable for strength and endurance sports or anything that requires physical exertion.
Application:
- Take directly before, during or after exercising.
- Take a maximum of 2 servings a day.
Preparation:
- Cola: Dissolve 2 level measuring spoons in 200 ml of water (can also be increased accordingly)
- Neutral (pure): Add 1 1/2 measuring spoons to a protein shake or sports drink.
