Description
Different tocopherols and tocotrienols cover the entire spectrum of vitamin E in the Organic E Gamma Plex soft capsules with just one product. One of the most active tocopherol compounds in vitamin E is the so-called d-alpha-tocopherol. Beta, gamma and delta-tocopherol are also included in the supplements. Solaray adds selenium to the soft capsules.
Recommended use:
- Take 2 soft capsules daily with a meal or a glass of water.
