Perfect for replenishing the body's vitamin B12 reserves. The practical spray enables precise dosing adapted to your own needs. The spray contains B12 in its three natural compounds: adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin.
Recommended dosage:
Take 1 to 5 sprays daily (at one time or spread out over the course of the day).
There are 3 options:
1) Spray directly onto the oral mucous membranes and hold in the mouth briefly before swallowing.
2) Spray onto a spoon, spread over the mucous membrane with the tongue if possible and hold in the mouth briefly before swallowing.
3) Spray onto food or drinks.
