Recommended use:
- Take 1 soft capsule per day after a meal with a glass of water.
Note on fish oil: The fish oil used in the Super Omega 3 + Q10 product is made from small fish (sardines and anchoa [European anchovies]) that do not contain any heavy metals. The fish are not commercially raised but are caught in waters off Peru and Chile.
