Description
Rapunzel's organic tahini is made from peeled and unpeeled sesame seeds that are gently roasted and then finely ground. It does not contain any additives.
Suggested use: As a spread or dip, to make hummus or add to sauces, salad dressings and Asian dishes.
Note: As it contains no additives, the oil can separate over time. This does not affect the quality of the product. Stir the oil back in to regain the smooth, creamy consistency and use as normal.
