Description
45% Vegetable Protein with Magnesium, Zinc and Selenium
Walnut protein is produced using a gentle de-oiling and grinding method. It has a light flavour and is perfect for enriching both savoury and sweet food and drinks as well as smoothies, cereals, desserts or baked goods.
Recommended use:
- Add about 2 tablespoons (20 g) of powder to 250 ml of liquid, such as soy, oat, almond, rice or coconut milk
- Or replace part of the conventional flour needed in baking with walnut protein.
- A delicious protein supplement for smoothies, shakes, cereals, desserts and pastries.
Note:
