Spinach contains many nutrients and is one of the superfoods. It is rich in iron, potassium, folic acid, manganese, and vitamin K, and contains vitamin C and calcium.
- Ideally suited to enrich and enhance food and drink with minerals, vitamins and trace elements.
Recommended use:
- Perfect for green smoothies and vegetable juices, salad dressings, soups and more.
- Stir in about 2 tablespoons (12 g) of powder into 500 ml liquid.
- The powder is also ideal for colouring pasta, cake or pizza dough.
