Raab Vitalfood Organic Spirulina Powder, 150 g

Raab Bio Spirulina microalgae thrive under intense sunlight in freshwater. Further processing takes place without any additives. The spirulina products from Raab Vitalfood contain a large number of vital substances and are particularly high in vitamin A, vitamin K and iron.

Consumption recommendation:
Mix 1 teaspoon (approx. 5g) daily with apple juice or add to soups or dishes.

Ingredients
for 1 person:

• 1 handful of lamb's lettuce (approx. 40g)
• 1⁄2 avocado
• 1⁄2 banana
• 100ml coconut drink
• 1 tbsp stevia
• 1 teaspoon of Raab organic spirulina powder
• 100ml water

Method

Wash lamb's lettuce. Peel and dice the avocado. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Put with the other ingredients in a blender and puree. Top up with water if necessary.
