Recommended use:
Stir 1 teaspoon (5 g) of the Moon Milk mixture into 200 ml of hot or cold plant milk (we recommend oat milk) or cow's milk. It is recommended not to consume more than two servings a day.
Notes:
- The colour and taste can vary from batch to batch, as the moon milk is a natural product that is subject to seasonal fluctuations.
- Not suitable for children, pregnant and nursing people
- The simultaneous consumption of alcohol and the use of sleeping pills and sedatives should be avoided when enjoying the moon milk.
