Description
Ginger Premium Powder is a hand-harvested, high-quality product that can be easily and practically integrated into your daily diet. It contains gingerol and shogaol, which are naturally occurring pungent substances in ginger.
Recommended dose:
- Once per day - add 1 teaspoon (3 g) to 500 ml of cold juice such as orange or carrot juice or a warm soup and drink.
- Add to culinary creations such as tandoori or tajine dishes where ginger can be used to enhance the flavour.
- Because of the natural pungency of ginger, the manufacturer does not recommend taking it on an empty stomach.
Note:
- Taking ginger during pregnancy is not recommended.
