These special capsules by Raab Vitalfood are made from high-quality algae oil made from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp. This special type of algae forms long-chain omega-3 fatty acids. Fatty acids like DHA and EPA have been added to the recipe, making this the perfect vegetable-based alternative to fish oil. The ingredients are obtained under controlled conditions.
