Vitamin D, also known under the synonym "sun vitamin", is absorbed through the skin by the sun's rays. Mostly in winter, but also in summer, various interfering factors can lead to limited natural absorption. Vitamin D3 capsules from Pure Encapsulations provide 25mcg of cholecalciferol per capsule and are suitable for year-round use.
Directions for Use:
1 capsule every 2 days with a meal.
