Enjoy a protein shake made with the purest protein from milk and whey in premium quality.
Recommended use:
- Mix 25g Whey (= 2 tablespoons) with 300ml water, soy milk or skim milk
- Drink on an empty stomach before and after training or as a meal replacement while dieting.
- Building muscle depends on your body weight, the intensity of your workouts, nutrition etc. The dose can be varied or increased accordingly.
- One can of whey is sufficient for approx. 17 shakes at 250 ml each
