The Recovery Shake Professional protein powder by Peeroton tastes delicious and is full of valuable ingredients. The shake includes vitamins, minerals, proteins and amino acids.
Recommended use:
- Stir 60 g (= approx. 4 heaping measuring spoons) into 500 ml of milk (low-fat, 1.5% fat) or water.
- Drink immediately or up to 30 minutes after workouts or competitions.
