This powder is made with gently dried Indian ginger roots that have been ground into a fine powder. The savoury and spicy-sweet taste is perfect for Asian dishes, soups or for preparing fish. The resealable bag keeps the ginger fresh for a long time.
Tips:
- Also great for preparing smoothies.
- Only add the powder at the end of cooking time, as ginger can be very dominant if cooked.
