Camelina belongs to the cruciferous family. When cold-pressed, its seeds make a popular oil that refines cold dishes with its pea-like and vegetable-like taste. Camelina oil should not be heated over high heat but its better for flavouring food.

Note: Store in the refrigerator after opening.
