Description
The Prenatal capsules by Novalac can be taken while attempting to get pregnant, during pregnancy as well as as while breastfeeding. The supplement contains many important nutrients including folic acid Quatrefolic®, iron Lipofer®, the omega-3 fatty acid DHA, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D3, zinc and iodine.
Recommended dose:
- The manufacturer recommends taking the capsules in the planning phase of pregnancy (at least 3 months before pregnancy) and then continue to take them during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
- Take 1 capsule daily with a meal with sufficient liquid.
