Ultimate® Omega XTRA combines 1480 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids from molecularly distilled sea fish oil (in an EPA-DHA ratio of 2: 1) with 1000 IU of natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) per daily serving. The softgels are flavoured with a pleasant lemon taste.
