META-CARE® Sleep Well contains a combination of 5 plant substances (passion flower, lemon balm, hops, ashwagandha and saffron) as well as melatonin and zinc. The capsules are ideal for taking before going to bed.
Recommended dosage:
Swallow 1 capsule daily before going to bed with a little liquid. Do not chew.
