- Mix 25g (equivalent to 2 level measuring spoons full) with 300ml of low-fat milk (1.5%). Enjoy after training or as a snack.

Super tasting proteine, bought at Mueller shop while i was in Germany, it tastes perfect (chocolate flavour) , disolves in water and milk in a great way..now i am ordering online Blueberry cheesecake flavour to try it out..
