Description
Mammut's BCAA effervescent tablets make for great pre-workout drinks and are easy to take along in your gym bag. Thanks to the practical packaging, the tablets are easy to carry and can be dissolved into a tasty drink shortly before training.
BCAA stands for the branched-chain amino acids
- L-isoleucine
- L-leucine &
- L-valine
The tablets contain three carefully balanced amino acids and can be enjoyed before or after working out.
Recommended use:
- Dissolve 2 BCAA effervescent tablets in 300 ml of water. On rest days, drink after getting up in the morning.
