Description

The 20 sachets contain a powder made from psyllium husks, which has a considerable amount of fibre and a high mucilage content. The powder is easy to dissolve in water and has a wonderfully refreshing orange flavour.

Recommended use:

Take 1 to 2 sachets daily
Dissolve 1 sachet in 200 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before a meal
