Description
The Orac Spice by Life120 is a plant-based food supplement that contains 6 different spices, including:
- Turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, oregano and pepper, all of which have been carefully selected and processed.
Recommended use:
- Take up to 8 tablets daily with plenty of water. Take at mealtimes.
- For the first 5 days: Take 1 tablet with breakfast, 1 tablet with lunch, and 1 tablet with dinner.
- From the 6th to the 11th day: Take 2 tablets with breakfast, 2 tablets with lunch, and 2 tablets with dinner
- From the 11th day: Take 2 tablets with breakfast, 3 tablets with lunch, and 3 tablets with dinner
Notes:
- Do not take the tablets if you have problems with your liver or gall bladder.
- Do not take the tablets for long periods of time without consulting your doctor first.
