Recommended use:
- (4 - 6 weeks): Take 3 x 10 drops 30 minutes before or after each daily meal under the tongue, on a spoon or in a glass with a little water. Take in the morning, afternoon or evening. Hold in your mouth to allow to absorb, then swallow the rest.
