Directions for use:
Taken as a cure (4 - 6 weeks): 3 x 10 drops over a period of 30 minutes (morning, afternoon, evening). Drop under your tongue before or after a meal. Slowly swirl liquid in mouth, then swallow. Follow with water.
Situational intake: take 10 drops in physical, mental or psychologically stressful situations.
