How does a herbal patch work?

• Herbal patches are fixed to the soles of the feet. The tourmaline in the patches increases perspiration which releases the active substances into the patch and enables the removal of waste materials into the plaster.

Recommended use:

• The patches can be fixed to the soles of the feet overnight, to stimulate the reflex zones. A repetition of the treatment is recommended in spring and autumn to support the metabolism.
• Targeted applications with 10-30 patches are possible all year round and can be spread out over several days a month.
• A mix of different varieties is possible at any time. For applications outside the feet such as the back or joints, the patch can also be worn during the day.
