- Purely magnesium is a pure concentrate containing 400 mg of natural ionized magnesium per unit supplies (1 unit acc. 3/4 teaspoon).
Recommended dosage:
- Take 3/4 teaspoon (4 mL) 1 times daily preferably with a meal. Stir into the drink of your choice.
- Store cool and dry.
