Description
Niacin, also known as Vitamin B3, is found in all living cells and in the kidneys, liver and fatty tissue.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or a glass of water.
Note: When taking nicotinic acid, one must expect a harmless side effect, the so-called "niacin flush" as it may enhance the blood vessels. This occurs after about 10 minutes. One sometimes feels a tingling or a slight, harmless swelling.
