Each of these vegan capsules by KAL contains 210 mg of magnesium oxide, an inorganic form of the mineral which is found in nature. Furthermore, magnesium oxide has the highest magnesium content of all magnesium compounds.
The liposomes ensure that the magnesium oxide remains intact until it reaches the small intestine where it breaks down.
Magnesium contributes to fatigue reduction, normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal teeth and bones.
Recommended dose:
