Description
Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate (ZMA for short) is a combination of zinc and magnesium. Due to its special chemical form, it can be absorbed easily by the body. Furthermore, the formula is supported by vitamin B6.
One capsule of ZMA provides:
- 225 mg of magnesium
- 15 mg of zinc
- 5.5 mg of vitamin B6
Recommended use:
- Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with sufficient fluid.
