This purely herbal product is based on a type of fungus, the lichen, that contains cholecalciferol. The tablets are small and easier to swallow than capsules. Made without salt and perfect for daily use.
Recommended use:
- Adults and children 6 years old and older: take 1 capsule once a day.
- If necessary, the dose can be briefly increased to 3 tablets.
