Description
Be Kind Prenatal can be taken by people during their pregnancies and up to 3 months after birth.
- The tablets contain lots of vitamins and minerals and are free from gluten, wheat, and soy and are 100% vegan.
- The tablets do not contain unnecessary additives like synthetic fillers, artificial flavourings or colourings
Recommended use:
- Take 2 tablets daily with a meal. For ideal absorption and long-lasting nutrient supply, the manufacturer recommends taking 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening.

- Although the manufacturer uses "gentle" iron bisglycinate, the product contains 27 mg of iron, which may cause mild stomach discomfort for sensitive individuals.
