Lemon balm leaves contain valuable ingredients including bitter substances, saponins, triterpenic acids, thymol, flavonoids, mucilage and vitamin C.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 pipette (1 ml) pure or mixed into a little water. Take up to twice daily as required.
