These ampoules are ready to drink and are practical to use in your everyday life. The combination of royal jelly, bee pollen and the natural vitamins C and E is supplemented by the coenzyme Q10. The ampoules make a great natural supplement to a balanced diet.
Recommended use:

- Drink the contents of one ampoule in sips every day, holding each sip in your mouth for about 15 seconds.
