- Flower nectar from natural acacia forests in Hungary and Romania is used to produce this clear honey with a particularly mild, delicate aroma. The acacia honey with spring blossoms does not tend to crystallise quickly. The liquid honey goes particularly well in tea and can also be used to sweeten yoghurt, muesli and desserts.
